Maqloba® Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

• Loyalty Program: It is a program for collecting points upon Purchasing through the app.
   
• The term "MaqloPoint" stand for points earned when purchasing through the app.
   
• A specific number of points is earned for every Saudi Riyal you spend on your purchases from the Maqloba app during the marketing campaigns that are launched.
  
  
• In the absence of campaigns, no points are calculated for purchases.
  
  
• You can earn points and benefit from them if the request is made through Maqloba app. Only, and it cannot be earned or redeemed through the branches.
  
  
• The earned points are added to your MaqloPoint wallet in Maqloba app, after completion of the purchase.
  
  
• Points earned are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be used after their expiry date.
  
  
• Points earned are used as purchases in Maqloba app. And cannot be exchanged or claimed for money or cash.
  
  
• The points earned from the referral campaign "Sharing is Caring" will be redeemed only after accepting the invitation from the friend and by registering in the Maqloba App and making a purchase with a minimum amount of 15 SAR.
  
  
• The value of point's acquisition and the value of compensation varies according to seasons and advertising campaigns, and the change in values applies immediately to the points in the wallet without any responsibility or obligations on Maqloba Company.
  
  
• Maqloba has the right to cancel or modify the MaqloPoint program as it deems appropriate without any obligations or responsibility.
